Refund and Returns Policy

Please choose your item(s) carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing a piece.

Due to the delicate custom-made nature of the jewelry we create, we cannot offer refunds at this time. If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping or carelessness with handling), please email us: info@lavlii.com.

For limited styles, we do offer an exchange, which can be done within 15 calendar days of receipt of your piece. Contact us with your order #.

Promotional codes and discounts used on items will not be available for return or exchange. Sale items can not be returned/exchanged.

We have the right to refuse items that are not in their original condition. Lavlii will pay the freight of exchange going back out but is not responsible for the freight of getting here.

If the item’s damage is not due to shipping, you will need to notify us within 48 hours of the item receipt and we will repair or replace it as needed. After 48 hours of receipt, any damages to the item will fully be the responsibility of the buyer.
