Domestic Shipping

Shipping within the US is provided by UPS or USPS, with a processing time of 3 - 5 business days. Free UPS shipping for all orders valued over $100. No expedited shipping for preorders. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Ensure correct address and availability to receive your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping

$80 Flat fee for all orders outside of United States. Free USPS, UPS or Fedex Shipping on all orders valued $350 or more. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Ensure correct address and availability to receive your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Lavlii LLC is not responsible for any extra costs incurred due to duty, tariff or custom fees that a country may charge. Please check your country's policy for details before placing your order.

Processing + Delivery Times

All Jewelry Pieces are made to order. Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday only. Not processed on national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns and Exchanges

Please choose your item(s) carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing a piece.

Due to the delicate custom-made nature of the jewelry we create, we cannot offer refunds at this time. If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping or carelessness with handling), please email us: info@lavlii.com.

Promotional codes and discounts used on items will not be available for return or exchange. Sale items can not be returned/exchanged.

We have the right to refuse items that are not in their original condition. Purchaser will be responsible for paying return shipping.

If the item’s damage is not due to shipping, you will need to notify us within 48 hours of the item receipt and we will repair or replace it as needed
